Phuket, Thailand, July 2017 - Banyan Tree Phuket is delighted to announce a week of gastronomical excellence, hosted by guest Chef Stefan Heilemann: Executive Chef of internationally-renowned Two Michelin-Starred ECCO Zürich restaurant.

Stuttgart-born Heilemann spent a decade sharpening his skills at the renowned Traube Tonbach hotel in Germany's Black Forest region, including a 5-year stint in the hotel's legendary restaurant Schwarzwaldstube - Europe's longest-standing Three Michelin-Starred restaurant.

Chef Stefan's first stop will be Banyan Tree Bangkok, where he is set to dazzle metropolitan audiences with a special degustation menu from 29 July - 1 August 2017.

Treat your palate to an array of flavours at Banyan Tree Phuket from Thursday, 3 August with a distinguished Masterclass at Tré, featuring stellar artistry from Chef Stefan as he presents a remarkable new dish for diners to enjoy every 20 minutes for only THB 2,200. From 4 - 8 August, Chef Stefan will curate a three-course set dinner daily at Tré. This special package is priced at THB 4,900 with wine pairing or at THB 2,900 for food only.

Chef Stefan will also serve as a guest chef at The Watercourt's celebrated Sunday Seafood Brunch. Indulge your taste buds and select the dining option starting from THB 4,400, which will include half a bottle of champagne THB 3,800 covering free flow beers and selected cocktails or THB 3,200 for soft drinks. Reservations are highly recommended and all prices quoted are net per person.
