Simpson Marine presents the Sanlorenzo 46 Steel, Forwin

Simpson Marine, one of Asia’s leading new and brokerage yacht sales companies, will once again return to the Thailand Yacht Show (TYS), presenting the stunning new Sanlorenzo 46 Steel, Forwin.

Forwin was launched in 2013 as Starling and has recently undergone a refit in Sanlorenzo’s facilities in Viareggio, Italy before being delivered to her new Chinese owner. Details of the refit have not been revealed, however those interested in learning more about Sanlorenzo’s interior capabilities can visit her this December at Ao Po Grand Marina.

Simpson Marine became the exclusive dealer in Asia for Sanlorenzo in May 2015, and has since seen a growing demand for the prestigious Italian yard’s yachts in Asia Pacific. Since taking on the brand, Simpson has sold – in addition to the 46 Steel – a SL106, and one of the standout yachts of the last year, the new Explorer 460.

With Simpson Marine’s 20 offices in seven countries, there are sure to be more Sanlorenzo’s joining Forwin cruising the region.

If you are looking to talk about your own Sanlorenzo superyacht, visit the Simpson Marine team this December at the show, or contact sanlorenzo@simpsonmarine.com

Multihull Solutions to showcase the Fountaine Pajot’s Saba 50

Following a highly successful Singapore Yacht Show (SYS), where they sold no less than four big sailing and motor catamarans, Multihull Solutions now joins TYS for the first time, presenting Fountaine Pajot’s Saba 50.

This beautiful sailing catamaran had a great regional launch at SYS earlier this year, and is ideal for island hopping in Thailand’s waters.

Fountaine Pajot recently announced two new catamarans: a 44ft motor cat, and a 47ft sailing catamaran, perfectly complementing their fleet, which extends from 40ft to 67ft’.

The new 44ft, designed by renowned naval architects Daniel Andreiu and Pierangelo Andreani, features an abundance of space far beyond what is standard for a catamaran of this size. This, combined with excellent fuel efficiency, makes the MY44 an ideal yacht for extended trips to the many secluded islands of Thailand and Indonesia.

The new 47ft boasts incredible living space as well and is available in two layouts — a 3-cabin Owner version, and a 5-cabin Charter version. This versatility, combined with her cruising capabilities and Fountaine Pajot’s pedigree for excellence, makes the new 47ft the perfect catamaran for the Asian market.

Ocean Emerald

The spectacular Ocean Emerald was the first foreign-flagged vessel over 30m to receive a Thai charter licence in 2015. This contemporary masterpiece will return to TYS once again this December. Designed by Norman Foster, she has a strong emphasis on space and light. Based in Southeast Asia, Ocean Emerald, with a choice of outdoor deck areas for lounging and relaxation, is the perfect platform for entertaining friends and guests. Enjoy a dip in the upper deck Jacuzzi or chill out with a refreshing cocktail on one of the comfortable sunloungers.
