Phuket, 21 November 2019 – Delight the taste buds with a dining experience at La Gritta Restaurant featuring an ultimate Australian Wagyu beef melt-in-the-mouth flavour, texture and mystifying umami. Chef Patrizia has crafted five speciality menus – striploin carpaccio, hanging tender steak, marinated flank steak, grilled striploin steak and strip loin cubed with foie gras. The meaty taste is available only in November 2019.
Carpaccio di Manzo Wagyu, priced at 750++ Baht
Wagyu beef striploin carpaccio with dried cherry tomatoes, almond shaves, extra virgin olive oil and Sardinian pecorino cheese.
Lombatello e Patate, priced at 1,150++ Baht
Hanging tender Wagyu beef with grilled potatoes and sautéed mushrooms, served with green pepper sauce.
Bistecca di Fianco Marinata al Vino Rosso, priced at 1,200++ Baht
Flank steak marinated in red wine and black pepper for 24 hours, served with lime and wasabi sauce, guacamole and beetroot purée.
Controfiletto alla Griglia, priced at 1,570++ Baht
Grilled Wagyu beef striploin steak, served with French fries, marinated artichokes and red wine sauce.
Casseruola di Controfiletto, priced at 1,680++ Baht
Wagyu beef striploin cubed and foie gras mixed with Porto wine and served with apple cinnamon compote.
