Phuket, Thailand, 19 August 2016 – Mövenpick Resort & Spa Karon Beach Phuket unveils its new steak menu at El Gaucho restaurant featuring a range of prime cuts of imported beef.
Renowned for its Brazilian Churrasco and industrial interior design, El Gaucho is launching the much-anticipated steak menu, featuring 11 cuts of grain-fed Australian Black Angus beef, including tenderloin, ribeye, sirloin and the signature Tomahawk steak.
“Every steak is grilled to perfection on our lava stone grill, prepared with passion to create a gastronomic delight for our discerning guests”, said Chef de Cuisine Nico Merten. As a unique feature, steaks are served with a choice of 12 home-made mustards, ranging from the traditional to exotic tropical-flavoured mustards.
El Gaucho will continue to offer its signature Brazilian Churrasco, featuring 8 varieties of meat and seafood, served at the table straight from the sword, with a selection of delectable sauces.
With the addition of the new steak menu, El Gaucho offers Phuket’s widest selection of grilled meats and seafood; added to this the restaurant’s choice of scrumptious desserts and world-famous Movenpick ice cream, the menu is certain to prove popular for all dining occasions.
