Rock Salt welcomes you back again safely
Rock Salt, your trendy beachside restaurant is open again and we look forward to welcoming you soon. Whilst enthusiastic to resume gradually our services, we are aware that all efforts taken until now must continue to safeguard the health and wellbeing of you and our staff alike. A number of safety measures were implemented to that effect being consistent with our already high standards around hygiene, sanitization and cleaning. All were supplemented by additional measures based on the guidance of local health authorities and WHO recommendations.

Healthy is happy
We’ve always encouraged our guests to balance their holiday indulgences with healthy pursuits; which takes even more meaning nowadays. To that end, we offer dynamic activities and fresh, nutritious flavors that help make wellness an integral part of the stay. The level of commitment depends on each guest and ranges from healthy breakfast selections to a full personalized holistic “Puriti” health program designed for one, three or five days by qualified purification specialist, nutritionist and herbalist Deborah Williamson.
The integrated experience begins with a complimentary health consultation and private counseling session to identify the root causes of any health or weight issues. A tailored retreat is then designed to set participants on a path to health-conscious living.
Our PURITI Detox program encompasses a bespoke, plant-based vegan diet, a carefully planned exercise regime and a combination of holistic wellness practices including yoga and massages to create an integrated schedule of activities and therapies designed to target specific health issues and needs.
