On Friday September 1, the Mangosteen Resort together with Atmanjai Wellness Spa, Atsumi Healing, Yoga & Teahouse by Niti, Action Point Resort, invites you to a day full of "health and fun".

Registration is at 11am at the Mangosteen Reception. There will be many activities throughout the day - Yoga, Pilates, Zumba Dance, Muay Thai, Crystal Bowl Meditation, Raw Food Demonstration, Nasyam, Shirodara, Indian Head Massage, Chakra Balance, Eye Yoga! The price is 100 Baht per person, donated to the Rawai Temple School.
