In March, La Gritta invites guests to discover the rich flavours of Italian cuisine from the Roman Age with a tribute of eight recipes to eternal Rome where Chef Patrizia was born and inspired to craft these dishes. All special menus including pastas, risotto and other mouth-watering dishes cooked from veal tenderloin, oxtail beef, lamb chops and cuttlefish.
