Method
Combine the minced beef with the pork minced pork meat and prepare the burger patty. Grilled the meat patty gently on both sides and keep aside warm. Toast the burger bun and assemble the burger placing first the lettuce, burger, mushrooms, tomatoes, a drop of truffle oil and cheddar cheese. Let the cheese melt under the salamander and finish the burger. Serve with spiral fries, Chipotle and smoked BBQ sauce.
