About Chef Luca Mancini
Born in Perugia Italy, Luca has been a chef all his life. Now in his late 30s, he’s the author of a cookbook and extremely passionate about all things food related.
His love of great food has allowed him to travel throughout the world and he has worked in some of the best hotels and restaurants while continuing his never-ending quest for all things culinary.
Luca has a simple motto: Italian food is simplicity itself and the raw products as well as the quality of origin of produce is what creates the unforgettable flavours and textures that have made Italian food world renowned. He says, "My recipes are real and without fluff, just the way Mama used to make them."
