The opening ceremony and start of the three-day living art festival & blue tree reopening
Blue Tree Phuket and The Living Art Gallery joined forces for The Living Art Festival, and Blue Tree Phuket's reopening with an Opening Ceremony, in the company of media, VIP’s and the Phuket community. The first day of the three-day festival scheduled from the 17 – 19 December brought a combination of music, fashion, arts and crafts, food and more.
The aim of the festival is to drive domestic tourism to Phuket and highlight the arts and culture as well as to introduce Phuket to the world of contemporary art lovers with some of Thailand's most sought-after artists, that convey works of art through different perspectives. Blue Tree Phuket has also been positioned as a new Phuket landmark and must visit destination for locals and tourists alike.
The works from top Thai artists such as Pratheep Kotchabua, Muangthai Busabamaro, Jarupong Jantarapetch, Paritos Hutangoon, fashion shows from Jeab Ekkamol Authakamol and Gai Bancha Chooduang, arts & crafts, ceramic works, home decorations, jewelry and more were featured. The Archery Workshop by Emsophian Benjametha was an exciting activity and will continue over the next two days. Guests will continue to experience street art, street performances, workshops, cooking classes, art films, panel talks, and much more in the coming days.
Live concerts with performances by Mariam – Q Flure - and Cake from B5, Synth X Factor and DJ Nicola Vega were enjoyed by all. We are looking forward to Phum Viphurit, Tontrakul, EKA Soundz, DJ Nicola Vega and DJ Fenon stage today.
This was the start of an amazing community festival, for all ages to enjoy as well as the full reopening of all areas of Blue Tree Phuket that we all love from the Lifestyle Village, to the Arena, and of course the Blue Tree Lagoon!
