In its early years, the company focused largely on condominium developments, playing a key role in introducing modern urban living to Thailand. Today, Sansiri spans all segments and maintains a portfolio of more than 500 projects.
The developer brought this concept to Phuket in the early 2010s with the launch of the first projects in the Dcondo series. Initially aimed at young Thai buyers, these condos quickly found a following among expats as well, combining Western standards with a resort lifestyle.
