To further strengthen litigation and enforcement capability, Singha Legal has established a dedicated Investigation, Intelligence & Asset Recovery practice. This team supports evidence gathering, fact verification, case strategy, asset tracing, judgment enforcement and recovery proceedings.

In 2025, Singha Legal entered into a Joint Venture collaboration with KSCGP Juris LLP, Singapore, an established firm founded in 1993 with particular experience in international law, cross-border transactions, international arbitration, maritime law and shipping. The collaboration enables coordinated Thailand–Singapore and wider cross-border legal support, including matters involving common-law jurisdictions. For qualifying transactions, Singapore-based escrow arrangements may also be facilitated, subject to applicable laws and engagement requirements.
